Volunteering
The Twice But Nice Board is responsible for organizational oversight, ensuring that we meet TBN strategic goals, maintain our mission and objectives while ensuring good financial health and legal compliance. As a working board and we provide high-level guidance, we assess and approve major decisions, as well as set long-term goals for the organization. We meet on a regular schedule—monthly. Between meetings, communication is maintained through reports, committees and ongoing collaboration between board members and the executive team to ensure that decisions are implemented smoothly.
